Calculator data is not sent anywhere
All calculators run in your browser. Salaries, dates and amounts you enter are not sent to any server or stored.
What we process and why
- Usage statistics (only with your consent). Google Analytics 4 collects a random identifier stored in a cookie, pages viewed, device and browser type and an approximate location. It does not log IP addresses. When you press "Calculate" we only send the tool name and a general option, never amounts. Legal basis: consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via "Cookie settings". Retention: 14 months.
- Emails you send us, used only to reply. Legal basis: consent. Retention: up to one year after we reply.
- Hosting logs. Cloudflare records technical request data (such as IP address) to deliver and protect the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Processors and transfers
We do not sell or share personal data. Google Ireland Limited (Analytics, only with your consent) and Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting) act as processors. They may process data in the United States under the safeguards provided by the GDPR: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). We make no automated decisions or profiles. The Spanish version of this policy prevails.
